Get Orchestrator running for your team in a few minutes.

What you get

Orchestrator is a project desk for tickets, boards, and AI workflows. Teams (orgs) own projects. Projects have codes such as ORC or GDADMIN. Boards live at /projects/{CODE}/board.

1. Create an account

  1. Open https://getorchestrator.app/login.
  2. Prefer Continue with GitHub. Use a verified email on your GitHub account so invites and existing users link correctly.
  3. Email and password remain available as a fallback while OAuth cutover continues.

After sign-in you land in Admin with a personal or Pro workspace.

2. Add a team (org)

  1. Open the left sidebar Teams.
  2. Use Add Team (Owner or Admin on a Pro or Enterprise plan).
  3. Switch into the new team. The active team is stored in a cookie. It is not part of the project URL.

3. Create a project

  1. Under Projects, choose Add Project.
  2. Give it a short code (letters and numbers) and a display name.
  3. Open the board: /projects/YOURCODE/board.

Project codes are the public URL identity. Example: https://getorchestrator.app/projects/ORC/board.

4. Invite teammates

  1. Go to Account Members with the right team selected.
  2. Invite by email. Roles: Owner, Admin, Manager, Member.
  3. Invited users sign in with the same email (GitHub verified email or password).

Only Owners and Admins can manage members and roles.

5. Local development (optional)

If you run the app from source:

bash
cd orchestrator npm install npx prisma generate npm run dev

Canonical local URL is http://127.0.0.1:7000/. See also docs/LOCAL-DEV.md in the repo.
